How long has Xibo been around?

Xibo was developed in 2004, and is deployed on over 55,000 displays all over the world.

We are partners with the Xibo team, which means we have direct access to the Xibo developers, allowing us to support the Xibo product on a much higher level than your average software reseller. In addition, the Xibo community is well established, and is a great resource for learning more about the platform.

What is your return policy?

• • Software, Hosting, and all Virtual Products are non-refundable.
  • Xibo Media players can be returned within 90 days of purchase, in good working condition with no damage.
  • Windows Xibo Media Players will incur a $200 restocking fee to cover the cost of the Operating System.
  • Shipping is not covered for any return.
  • Month-to-month Managed Services and Premium Support subscription are non-refundable.
  • Annual Managed Services and Premium Support subscriptions are refundable on a prorated basis, and require 30 days’ notice to cancel.

What if my Xibo media player needs to be replaced?

All of our Xibo media players are made by Shuttle Computers and come with a 3 year warranty.

If you experience and issues, call us at (702) 485-2133 to initiate and RMA.

If you are subscribed to our Premium Support or Managed Services Subscriptions, we will handle the RMA process on your behalf.

What types of players does Xibo come in?

Xibo can be deployed on Windows, Android, WebOS, Tizen, and Linux. Currently, we support the Windows and Android versions of Xibo.

How much does it cost to get started with Xibo?

Stating at around $500, you can launch your digital signage system with our Android Xibo Player, Cloud Hosting and Annual Premium Support Package.
